The first major iteration loop is the pilot meet — running a real competition end-to-end on Piike's scoring console, with Mux for the live stream and PI updates flowing automatically afterward. After that, we'll be filling content (real articles, sponsor placements, gear listings) and opening up seller onboarding for the marketplace.
