Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Piike subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier and you will not be charged again.
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings and click "Manage Subscription" in the Subscription section.
No Partial Refunds
Piike does not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period, but no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., double-charged, charged after cancellation), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- Service unavailability: If Piike experiences extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using premium features during your billing period, you may request a prorated refund.
- First-time subscribers: If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a new subscription, you may request a full refund. This applies only to the initial subscription purchase, not renewals.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your Piike account.
- Navigate to Settings.
- In the "Subscription" section, click "Manage Subscription."
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation is processed. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
