1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Piike ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with a diver, coach, or program
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information including fake competition results
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Platform systems
• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose not authorized by Piike
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience

4. Intellectual Property

The Piike name, logo, Piike Index algorithm, website design, and all original content created by Piike are the intellectual property of Piike and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the Platform, including dive clips, comments, messages, and profile information. By posting content on Piike, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You may remove your content at any time, which will terminate this license, except where the content has been shared with or saved by other users.

6. Competition Data

Competition results, dive scores, and meet data displayed on the Platform are sourced from publicly available records and user submissions. While we strive for accuracy, Piike does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of competition data. The Piike Index is a proprietary composite rating and should not be considered an official ranking by any governing body.

7. Subscription Terms

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Profile Verification

Piike offers a verification system that allows athletes to claim and verify their diver profiles. Verification confirms that an account is associated with a real competitive diver. Piike reserves the right to approve or deny verification requests and to revoke verification status at any time.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, harmful behavior, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Piike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Piike in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
